The 2020 VG Awards. The Video Games room is hosting its annual Game Awards predictions contest, running from December 1-9. We will also be watching the awards show hosted by Geoff Keighley on December 10th at 7 PM EST, so you can see if your predictions were spot on or completely wrong.
Toward the end of the previous season, Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl,Ash gained a new Pokémon partner in Chimchar after the Fire-type Pokémon wasabandoned by its harsh Trainer, Paul. Chimchar was clearly not treated wellwhile it was with Paul, and it is initially confused by Ash’s kindness. Afterrealizing that Ash is a caring Trainer, however, Chimchar begins to settle inwith its new friends (“Tears for Fears!”). Later, Chimchar faces its past when Paulreturns and battles Ash. Then, Team Galacticclashes with Ash in Veilstone City while trying to steal ancient meteorites (“EnterGalactic!”). The team makes their finalpush toward the end of the season as they attempt to swipe the Adamant Orb andLustrous Orb (“LosingIts Lustrous!” and “DoubleTeam Turnover!”). But can this villainous team make it past Ash, hisfriends, and Cynthia, the Sinnoh League Champion?
Wallace, a star Coordinator and former Gym Leader, ishosting his Wallace Cup event on the shores of Lake Valor. It’s the perfectopportunity for Dawn to get back in the Pokémon Contest groove (“OurCup Runneth Over!”). But Dawn isn’t the only Pokémon Coordinator itching totake part in the competition—Ash’s old friend May has arrived to show off herskills with her recently evolved Glaceon (“AFull Course Tag Battle!”). To discover the whereabouts of Cresselia, Officer Jenny andthe crew head to Fullmoon Island to search for the missing Pokémon. Pokémon: DP Battle Dimension is the eleventh season of the dubbed version of the Pokémon anime. It is the second season of Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl. It follows Ash as he continues gathering Badges in Sinnoh, and Dawn as she continues gathering Ribbons.
It originally aired in the United States as part of the 2008-2009 Cartoon Network Saturday morning lineup. It began on April 12, 2008 with the dub premiere Tears for Fears!, and concluded on May 2, 2009 with Sleepless In Pre-Battle!. This season began a new trend, similar to that in Japan where one episode is aired most weeks; there was no break between this season and the next one.
It also began airing on digital TV’s Jetix in the United Kingdom in late 2008; on UK Freeview, on January 5, 2009, simultaneously on CITV and ITV4; and on YTV in Canada owned by Corus Entertainment on March 2, 2009.
